Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (B2B) located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, preparing and presenting sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. The role requires frequent client meetings and continuous monitoring of industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and client relationship management
• Strong skills in market research, sales proposal preparation, and contract negotiation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and ensure client satisfaction
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
