Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2B Inside Sales)

Department: Sales

Experience: 2-4 Years of B2B Sales (preferably Technology Sales)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday-Saturday (9:30 am – 6:30 pm)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our growing B2B

sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying new business

opportunities, giving product demonstrations, converting deals, and helping to drive pipeline growth.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a passion for technology and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

● Product Demo:

○ Conduct Product Demos/Presentations to prospects

○ Personalize your pitch based on industry, business needs, and pain points.

○ Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and

business goals.

○ Use qualification frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) and qualify

for the prospects.

○ Give proper product demonstration, educate prospects about our products/services and

their benefits.

● Follow-up, Conversion and Documentation

○ Handle objections, answer initial inquiries, and nurture leads to move them further

down the sales funnel.

○ Complete agreements and all necessary documentation

○ Ensure payment is collected on time.

○ Smooth Handover to the Onboarding team for further execution.

○ Collaborate with the Onboarding Team to ensure seamless handoff and Go Live.

● CRM Management:

○ Log all activities, track progress, and manage data integrity in the CRM

○ Provide regular reports and insights on lead quality and pipeline progress.

○ Track outreach efforts, response rates, and conversion metrics to optimize strategies.

● Collaboration:

○ Work closely with onboarding teams to ensure timely go lives.

Key Requirements:

1. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills [MANDATORY]

2. Experience: Experience in any form of B2B Tech Sales would be preferred

3. Sales Skills: Strong ability to close deals on your own

4. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
