Job Description

You are a highly experienced and strategic B2B Head responsible for leading business development efforts within the overseas industry. With 2-3 years of B2B sales and business development experience, you will focus on expanding the global footprint, managing key overseas accounts, and driving growth in international markets. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and implementing a robust B2B strategy to target and expand into international markets. - Identifying and securing new business opportunities across overseas markets, focusing on strategic partnerships and long-term growth. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders for long-term business success. - Leading and managing a team of sales professionals focused on global markets, setting performance benchmarks and ensuring targets are achieved. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new international market trends, opportunities, and challenges. - Leading complex negotiations with overseas partners and clients, securing contracts and ensuring favorable terms. - Staying informed about the regulatory environment in key overseas markets and ensuring compliance with international laws and standards. - Tracking and analyzing sales performance across international markets, providing regular updates and insights to senior management. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of B2B sales and business development experience, with a focus on overseas or international markets. - Deep understanding of international business practices and regulations in the overseas industry. - Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams, particularly with a focus on international expansion. - Strong negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain a strong network of international contacts and partnerships. - A degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Candidate must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
