Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the sales of Command & Control Centre infrastructure solutions, including video wall systems, control room technologies, AV integration, and turnkey project deployments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B solution sales, particularly in sectors like government, defense, transportation, utilities, and enterprise operations centers. Role & Responsibilities: • Identify and target potential customers across relevant sectors (public safety, utilities, transportation, defense, corporate operations centers, etc.) • Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site surveys in collaboration with technical teams. • Understand customer needs and propose tailored Command & Control Center solutions, integrating AV, IT, etc. • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create proposals, BOQs, and solution documents. • Manage key accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in Command & Control Center environments. Qualification: •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field Required Skills: • 3+ years of experience in B2B solution sales, preferably in AV/IT or infrastructure systems. • Strong knowledge of Command & Control Center technologies (video walls, control software, consoles, etc.) • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Willingness/Ability to travel to client sites and attend industry events.
