Arcedo Systems Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India, is a leading Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) firm with extensive experience in Solar PV power plants construction. Our expertise spans across floating solar systems, ground-mounted systems, rooftop-mounted systems, and MEP solutions. We also provide O&M services and are expanding into EV solutions and EV infrastructure construction. Our portfolio includes projects executed for renowned clients from both private and government sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing strategies for market growth, and enhancing the company’s market presence. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
Strong understanding of Solar EPC projects and renewable energy sector
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Experience in the solar industry is a plus
