Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Bengaluru with some work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing growth strategies. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing accounts, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. The role also involves market research, forecasting, and regular reporting to identify trends and optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience in client management and account development
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop data-driven strategies
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, business planning, and reporting
  • Sound knowledge of the life insurance or financial services sector, with a focus on both traditional and digital products
  • Leadership abilities to drive team performance and achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
