*Job Purpose:*

To drive business growth by recruiting, training, and managing a team of advisors/agents and ensuring achievement of sales and productivity targets through effective relationship management and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Sales:

Achieve the assigned business targets through effective channel management.

Drive life insurance sales through a team of advisors or partners.

Identify potential markets and new business opportunities.

2. Advisor Recruitment & Development:

Recruit, train, and develop Life Insurance Advisors to build a productive sales team.

Conduct regular meetings, motivation sessions, and performance reviews.

Ensure advisors are well-trained in product knowledge, sales processes, and compliance.

3. Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Provide post-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.

4. Market Analysis & Planning:

Analyze local market trends and competitor activities.

Develop area-specific strategies to improve business performance.

5. Compliance & Process Adherence:

Ensure adherence to all company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all sales and recruitment activities.

*Educational Qualification:*

Graduate / Postgraduate (any discipline)

*Experience:*

Freshers or Minimum 25 years of experience in sales, preferably in Life Insurance / Financial Services / BFSI sector.

Experience in agency or advisor channel preferred.

As per company norms (Fixed + Variable incentives)
