The Aam Kompany – a multidisciplinary space working at the intersection of cinema, art, and design – is looking for a Business Development Lead to help us grow sustainably without compromising our creative values.

We're seeking someone who’s:

• Entrepreneurial, strategic, and independent
• Experienced in developing new revenue streams, client relationships, and partnerships
• Familiar with creative industries (film, design, art) and comfortable navigating both corporate and independent spaces
• Able to translate our vision into sustainable business models

Your role will include:

• Identifying and pursuing new opportunities (projects, collaborations, grants, brand partnerships)
• Building systems that help our creative work fund itself
• Supporting our long-term goal of staying artist-led but financially solid

This is not a conventional business role – it’s for someone who believes creativity and commerce can co-exist meaningfully.
