The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into qualified leads that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify high-quality leads in the US healthcare RCM domain. Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and phone outreach. Engage potential clients to schedule meetings and product demos. Maintain and manage CRM with accurate and up-to-date lead and interaction data. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and drive lead conversion. Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets. Monitor RCM industry trends, competitors, and client needs to refine outreach strategies. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of lead generation experience, with hands-on expertise in Sales Navigator. Proven knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Experience in outbound B2B sales, cold calling, and appointment setting. Exceptional English communication skills – written and verbal.
