Business Development

As a member of Jobaaj Group located in Agra, your primary role will involve connecting with potential learners, counseling them on relevant career programs, understanding their requirements, and guiding them towards suitable courses or career paths. You will be responsible for achieving monthly enrollment and revenue targets through effective consultation and follow-ups. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and connecting with corporate partners for collaborations, pitching Jobaaj's training, placement, and business services to HRs or decision-makers, building long-term relationships with clients, and ensuring repeat business. You will need to coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, meetings, and post-deal support. Key Responsibilities: - Connect with potential learners through outbound calls or leads shared by the marketing team. - Counsel students and working professionals about relevant career programs. - Understand learners" requirements and guide them toward suitable courses or career paths. - Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets through effective consultation and follow-ups. - Identify and connect corporate partners for collaborations. - Pitch Jobaaj's training, placement, and business services to HRs or decision-makers. - Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business. - Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation, meetings, and post-deal support. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. - Strong communication and negotiation skills (English). - Prior experience in sales/business development/counseling is preferred (02 years for executive level). - Ability to handle both individual and institutional clients professionally. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and a quick learner.
