Job Description

Responsibilities- Achieving sales targets. Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, territory management, and customer management. Should have knowledge/experience in bidding and proposal posting Knowledge of Costing estimation, documentation. Make proposal and key features documents as per clients requirements Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins, and customer satisfaction. Coordination with the marketing department for lead generation and social media. Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients Follow up with clients. Keep a track of potential customers and their requirements. Assist and guide customers with all the required knowledge of the services. Ensure the premium level of client satisfaction in one phone call. Meeting monthly and quarterly targets. Successful track record in Lead generation, sales and negotiation Should be able to make reports and presentation Should have knowledge in digital / IT Sales & Marketing/pre sales/Lead Generation Must be dynamic and sales-target oriented Must have good business analytical skills for client project requirements understanding, Skills: Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
