Job Description

As a Business Development professional at Claritus, you will be responsible for End to End Business Development Activities in the North America region. Your primary objective will be to replicate and expand Claritus's existing models of business development while also devising strategies to add new channels for demand generation and Key Account penetration. It is essential to give yourself three to six months to establish a successful, reproducible, and predictable sales model by incorporating your experience into Claritus's methodologies. Once this is achieved, you will be tasked with expanding your team by hiring talented individuals who can replicate your successful sales methodologies. Additionally, creating a supportive environment for team members and colleagues that fosters growth and overall well-being will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide recommendations and actively participate in various aspects of Sales, Marketing, and Branding. - Take initiatives to maintain relationships with clients, provide support, information, and guidance, research and recommend new opportunities, and suggest profit and service improvements. - Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. - Stay updated with professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. - Generate accurate and insightful reports and forecast Quarterly and Annual Sales. - Meet Quarterly and Annual Sales Quota. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in Business Development for IT Services, Mobile Applications, Web Applications, IOT, Blockchain, RPA, and Cloud Services. - Possess business and software consulting skills. - Ability to comprehend client's business processes and recommend best-suited technical solutions. - Proven track record of closing deals with mid to large enterprises, SMEs, and StartUps. - Strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring effective communication and implementation within the team. - Excellent technical and Business Acumen. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with negotiation skills. - Focused, organized, and CRM savvy. - Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities. - Self-motivated with the ability to operate with minimal or no supervision. - Strong and innovative problem-solving skills. - Ability to multitask under pressure and work independently as well as part of a team. - Possess a positive outlook towards work and life.
