Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at Claritus Management Consulting, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end business development activities in the North America region. Your primary responsibility will be to replicate and expand our existing models of business development while devising strategies to add new channels for demand generation and Key Account penetration. Within the first three to six months, you will be expected to create a successful, reproducible, and predictable sales model by integrating your own expertise with Claritus's established methodologies. Following this, you will be required to expand your team by recruiting talented individuals who can replicate your proven sales strategies. Additionally, fostering a supportive environment for team members and colleagues to facilitate their growth and overall well-being will be essential. In this role, you will also be responsible for providing recommendations and actively participating in various aspects of sales, marketing, and branding. Maintaining relationships with clients, offering support and guidance, researching new opportunities, and suggesting improvements in profit and service will be key components of your responsibilities. Upholding quality service by enforcing organizational standards and staying updated on industry trends through educational workshops and professional networks will also be part of your duties. To excel in this position, you must possess hands-on experience in business development for IT services, mobile applications, web applications, IoT, blockchain, RPA, and cloud services. Strong business and software consulting skills, along with the ability to comprehend clients" business processes and recommend suitable technical solutions, are crucial. Demonstrated success in closing deals with mid to large enterprises, SMEs, and startups is necessary, along with strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. Furthermore, you should exhibit excellent technical and business acumen, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, proficient negotiation abilities, and a focused, organized approach with CRM expertise. Keeping accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, being self-motivated to work with minimal supervision, showcasing innovative problem-solving skills, and demonstrating the ability to multitask under pressure are all qualities that are highly valued. A positive outlook towards work and life, along with a graduate or post-graduate degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience, are essential qualifications for this role.,
