Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our Gurugram office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a keen interest in learning how to identify new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and business partners.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand customer requirements.
• Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update sales records in CRM tools.
• Work with the marketing and operations teams to support daily business activities.
• Learn and apply strategies for achieving sales and growth targets.
• Provide regular reports and insights on lead performance and conversions.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Interest in e-commerce, electronics, and business development.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or final-year student can apply.
• Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in sales or business development is a plus.
