Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Field Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of services, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the entire operations process, monitoring performance, resolving issues, optimizing processes, and coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Operations and Operations Management skills
• Analytical Skills for effective problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in operations or a similar role is preferred
• 2 wheeler is must
• 40% field visit will be included
