Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, client relationship management, and business growth. The intern will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, market research, and client interaction, while contributing directly to Simtrak’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
• Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Support client outreach via email, calls, and social media.
• Maintain CRM/database and track business development activities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations) to align BD strategies.
• Participate in client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship building.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (BBA, MBA, or related fields preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of business development, sales, or marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn research.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Duration & Stipend
