Business Development Intern

Location: Noida Sector 63 (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week in-office)

Duration: 3–6 months | Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month (based on experience: 1–2 years)

You’ll work directly with seasoned sales leaders, sharpen your pitch, and learn how to turn conversations into lasting business relationships.

• Dial up your confidence with high-energy outreach calls to school principals and decision-makers (scripts & training provided).
• Book meetings for senior leadership and track them in our CRM.
• Master the art of follow-ups and relationship building.
• Evolve your pitch daily with real-time feedback & mentorship.
• Experience the thrill of seeing your conversations turn into confirmed school trips!
  

• Hybrid magic – Office vibes 1–2 days/week, rest from your comfort zone.
• Around 20 hours/week – perfect if you’re studying or working on passion projects too.
• Occasional sponsored travel to schools — or even join our trips to see the impact of your work firsthand.
  

• Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, customer care, EdTech counselling, or similar (fresh but confident voices welcome too).
• Strong Hindi & workable English speaking skills.
• Target-driven, quick to learn, and hungry to prove yourself.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets & basic CRM tools.
• Based in NCR and able to come to Noida Sector 63 once or twice a week.
