Role Description Position: Community Volunteer Type: Full-Time (Internship/Volunteer) Location: On-site – Sector 62, Noida (Remote flexibility available) This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Community Volunteer at 7 Horse Ventures. The volunteer will play a vital role in building and managing our startup-investor community by supporting event execution, outreach, communication, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work closely with the core team to grow and manage our startup and investor ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support community-driven events (online and offline) Engage with startups, investors, and partners on behalf of the brand Assist in managing communication channels such as WhatsApp groups, email, and social media Maintain accurate records of outreach, community engagement, and volunteer activities Help with onboarding of founders, investors, and ecosystem partners Promote community initiatives and facilitate meaningful connections within the network Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to organize and participate in community-building activities and events Prior experience in volunteer/community support or ecosystem outreach is a plus Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills Basic understanding of startups, entrepreneurship, or venture capital Passion for networking, events, and ecosystem development What You’ll Gain Direct access to startup founders, investors, mentors, and incubators Work with a high-energy founding team driving innovation in the Indian startup ecosystem Real-time exposure to how events, investments, and partnerships come together Certificate + Letter of Recommendation+Gifts + Stipend as well Opportunity to transition into a full-time paid role after 3 months
