About the Opportunity

You’ll work closely with industry experts, get hands-on experience in executing campaigns, and gain exposure to the full digital marketing ecosystem — from SEO and Ads to Analytics and Strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Someone who can sell marketing and communications services to startups and mid-size companies
• Learn Strategic Partnerships and Alliances with large entities/businesses in India and abroad
• Learn while working on lead generation, lead qualification, nurturing, converting and Onboarding B2B clients in past
• Learn how to win and influence people
• Get exposure to all sorts of online marketing and communications methods, techniques and confidence to learn more in a shorter period of time
• Learn to identify the gaps in online space for a brand and pitch them accordingly with the support of specific functional teams.
• Develop verbal and interpersonal skills
• Learn on how to meet the projected quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Learn on how to do cold calling/emailing, nurturing a lead and preparing a pitch deck with the support of the operations team
• Learn on how to identify leads using Linkedin Sales navigator, other database tools
• Practice to pitch founders/CMO/Marketing heads of startups, early to mid-stage companies in India.
• Learn market research, can organise online/offline webinars/seminars/conferences and come up with creative ideas to generate leads, industry contacts, partnerships to drive new revenue
• Qualification: Any Bachelor's degree or above, with strong command on English language (verbal and written both)

Who You Are

• A final-year student or recent graduate passionate about business and marketing, or a 0-1 year professional in the field of business development.
• MUST be able to join us Full-time within 30 days
• Basic understanding of various business functions, Industries, Startup world, tuned to start news, keen interest to consult startups and medium sized business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language
• Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from real projects
• Available to work

  on-site from our Pune, Hinjewadi office
