About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the advertising, branding, or media industry and a strong passion for building client relationships, driving revenue, and exploring new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the advertising and marketing space.
• Understand client requirements and offer tailored advertising solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Work closely with the creative and client servicing teams to deliver campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity.
• Meet revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and reports as required.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in advertising/media.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of ATL/BTL/Digital campaigns.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
