Role Description

• Lead Generation:

  Source property owners via portals, ads, broker networks, referrals, and local outreach; maintain a strong lead pipeline across clusters.

• Property Onboarding:

  Pitch JadeCaps models, visit sites, assess potential, prepare proposals, and close agreements with owners.

• Market Strategy:

  Monitor competitors, pricing, and occupancy trends; share insights to refine acquisition strategy.

• Relationship Management:

  Build trust with owners, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding.

• Collaboration:

  Coordinate with reservations, marketing, and ops teams; align on targets and growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree (Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related fields preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven with the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and meeting multiple owners weekly.
• Basic understanding of financial projections, ADR, and occupancy concepts (training will be provided).
