Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential learners, understand their career goals, and help them find the right upskilling programs. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from the first conversation to final enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners to understand their background, goals, and learning needs
• Guide leads through the entire sales journey from initial contact to successful enrollment
• Offer personalized course recommendations based on individual aspirations
• Keep track of conversations and sales progress using CRM tools
• Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience and drive conversions
• Stay informed about current industry trends and competitor programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools like LeadSquared or Salesforce is preferred
