Business Development Intern

GrandView Consulting is a growth-focused advisory firm specializing in real estate and investment opportunities. We partner with leading developers to present exclusive projects to high-potential clients. As part of our expansion, we are looking for proactive Sales Interns to support client outreach and communication.

Role Overview

As a Sales Intern, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients over phone calls, share details about our ongoing real estate/investment projects, and generate interest for further engagement with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Call assigned leads to introduce current projects and offers
• Explain key highlights of the project in a clear, persuasive manner
• Answer basic client queries and schedule follow-up calls
• Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM tools
• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified lead follow-ups
• Share project brochures, WhatsApp creatives, or links with interested prospects

Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates interested in sales, real estate, or consulting
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident, polite, and goal-oriented approach
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is a plus
• Prior telesales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not mandatory)
