Internship Role

The intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, assisting in training programs, and contributing to overall sales management efforts. This is a hybrid role located in Mumbai, with the flexibility for partial remote work.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide support

Assist the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow-up activities

Participate in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and digital strategies

Support in organizing and delivering training sessions for internal teams or clients

Maintain CRM records and contribute to performance tracking and reporting

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Sales and sales management abilities

Experience in developing and conducting training programs is a plus

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment

Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset

Interest in sales and marketing strategies

Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
