Internship Role The intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks such as communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, assisting in training programs, and contributing to overall sales management efforts. This is a hybrid role located in Mumbai, with the flexibility for partial remote work. Key Responsibilities • Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide support • Assist the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and follow-up activities • Participate in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and digital strategies • Support in organizing and delivering training sessions for internal teams or clients • Maintain CRM records and contribute to performance tracking and reporting Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills • Sales and sales management abilities • Experience in developing and conducting training programs is a plus • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset • Interest in sales and marketing strategies • Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields Perks • Stipend: ₹6000 + Performance-based incentives • Letter of Completion (LOC) • Letter of Recommendation (LOR) • Possibility of full-time conversion post-internship Show more Show less
