Business Development Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to join our dynamic

team. If you're passionate about communication, enjoy interacting with clients, and have an

eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity to build your career in business development

and sales.

This role includes making outbound sales calls, data management, and supporting the sales

& marketing team with client acquisition efforts. Outstanding performers may be offered a

full-time role at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential corporate clients and decision-makers.

• Understand client needs and communicate the value of our L&D programs.

• Maintain and update client data in Excel sheets and CRM systems.

• Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.

• Work closely with the sales team to meet weekly goals.

• Contribute to improving business development strategies through insights and data

tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Comfortable with cold calling and client interactions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general data management.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Recently graduated or awaiting final results from college.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Indira Nagar, Bangalore.
