Business Development Intern

This AGP Fast-track Leadership (AFL) program is for those selected, deserving candidates who, if given the right grooming and platform, have the ambition and self-belief to champion their area of interest. You will be rotated in various roles for a few months each to learn processes, manage teams, adapt to new scenarios, and grow the business. And eventually selected to lead a department. AGP Sales Managers enjoy the highest respect, incentives, and confidence in conducting themselves as the backbone of AGP.

Program Structure

First 6 months Business Development Intern

Interact with school Principals to pitch our offering and convince them to Teacher Workshops. Learn how to build relations.

Next 6 months Business Development Executive

Follow-up on decision-makers and close sales activities. Learn ATL and BTL activities approach.

Next 6 months Senior Business Development Executive

Manage a team of graduates and run regional campaigns for the same and generate demand. Learn the art of generating demand in the market by closing the loop of schools and retailers.

Daily Responsibilities

Understand our product catalog and the dynamics of relationship

building. Also, learn to use our CRM system inside out for daily updates.

Offline visit with our B2B customers and take feedback daily.

Identify trends to devise a change in strategy.

QC and training of executives on the ground by traveling to their cities

Skills Needed

Strong desire to build a career in the Sales/BD domain

Strong communication and Negotiation skills

Willing to travel 100% of the time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
