8MH Organic is a fast-growing property management and consulting company, known for helping property owners unlock the value of their villas, farmstays, and boutique real estate assets. Our team builds scalable, revenue-generating solutions across hospitality, consulting, and experience-driven ventures. We’re currently expanding into a new vertical and are looking for sharp, resourceful interns to help us build it from the ground up.Position:

Business Development Intern – Research & Partnerships

Location: Hybrid (Remote + In-Person Meetings in Delhi NCR)
Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Stipend: Paid (based on experience and availability)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured research on key sectors and competitor brands (B2B + B2C)
• Identify and map high-potential partner businesses and service providers
• Support cold outreach: email drafting, LinkedIn connect strategies, follow-ups
• Help develop onboarding decks, partner pitch scripts, and SOP documents
• Track lead pipelines and help schedule introduction or demo calls

Ideal Candidate:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Strong research and written communication skills
• Comfortable reaching out to businesses via calls or digital channels
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and curiosity to learn

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
