What You’ll Do

• Research and map potential clients — from high-growth startups to emerging mid-size companies.
• Support in crafting outreach campaigns, decks, and proposals for CXO-level roles.
• Assist founders in lead generation, pipeline management, and business follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth handover once a client is onboarded.
• Track market movements — funding rounds, leadership changes, org announcements — and identify new business opportunities.
• Help build our internal CRM and business analytics dashboards.
  

Who You Are

• A final-year student or recent graduate (preferably from Business, Economics, or related fields).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with LinkedIn, Notion, Google Workspace, and research tools.
• Curious about startups, venture capital, and leadership trends.
• Hungry to learn how top search firms and founders think about talent and growth.
