Business Development

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working with internal teams to close deals. Your role is crucial in driving revenue, expanding our client base, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
• Pitch our software products and video production services to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM tools.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
