The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic engagement and consultative selling. : : Manage and grow key client accounts by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions. : Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation through market research, networking, and outreach. : Leverage past consultancy experience to provide strategic guidance and solutions to prospective clients. & : Prepare customized business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for clients and stakeholders. : Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly with client interactions and progress. : Work closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution. & : Track and report on key performance metrics, sales targets, and revenue forecasts. : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of experience in business development, account handling, or client servicing, preferably within a consultancy or B2B environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and analyze client needs to offer tailored business solutions. Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
