Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Fresher to join our growing team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with people, and are eager to learn about the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
• Assist senior sales consultants during client meetings and site visits.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets under guidance from the sales manager.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM regularly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream) – Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence to interact with clients and present solutions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate sales domain.
