Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell IT services

  , full-cycle software development, SaaS products, and AI agent solutions to domestic and international clients.
• Design and execute

  digital marketing and outreach campaigns

  across email, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Use

  cold calling, networking, and personal outreach

  to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Develop strong client relationships and present compelling solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with measurable outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record

  of generating leads and driving sales in Talent Acquisition, IT services, SaaS, or AI domains.
• Demonstrated portfolio of successful outcomes (client wins, revenue growth, case studies).
• Strong expertise in

  digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and outreach automation

  .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly with U.S. based customers.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
