About the Role:

Business Development Manager

The Charter for this Role Will Include:

• Build and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, acquiring key accounts, driving various activities at the campuses to generate leads.
• Promote and raise brand awareness through targeted marketing strategies within the educational sector.
• Develop and implement creative ideas for partnering with new institutions.
• Generate leads and engage with key stakeholders within educational institutions.
• Execute offline marketing campaigns to effectively reach and attract new institutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to drive conversions and improve institution engagement.

Ideal Persona Would:

• Have minimum 3+years of experience in business development and lead generation in the education sector.
• Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with educational institutions.
• Experience in creating and executing offline marketing strategies.
• Fair amount of exposure and knowledge of Bangalore - education sector, specifically with colleges and universities.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative partnership acquisition strategies.
• Comfortable working in the field and consistently meeting potential clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact and coordinate with internal teams.
