Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth in our IT Staffing and Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients across India, the US, and Middle East markets. This role demands strong market research abilities, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills, along with a solid understanding of IT staffing trends and effective client engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new qualified leads to expand our IT staffing business in targeted regions.
  • Research companies and identify key contacts such as CXOs, HR Heads, and Procurement Managers.
  • Create and execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, phone, and social media to connect with prospects.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate client data and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to qualify leads and set up client meetings.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop engaging outreach content and campaigns tailored to each region.
  • Track your lead generation performance and adjust tactics to maximize results.
  • Keep yourself informed on the latest IT staffing trends, technologies, and competitors.
  • Attend industry and HR events to network and understand market dynamics.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly.
  • Conversion rate from leads to opportunities.
  • Number of client meetings or demos scheduled quarterly.
  • Pipeline growth and revenue impact from your leads.
  • Engagement and response rates from outreach campaigns.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven track record in lead generation or inside sales within IT staffing or recruitment.
  • Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skillsboth verbal and written.
  • Experienced using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Oorwin.
  • Self-starter with the ability to research and identify business opportunities independently.
  • Excellent time management and results-driven attitude.
  • Experience working across India, US, and Middle East markets.
  • Collaboration experience with onshore and offshore recruiting teams.
  • Familiarity with staffing pricing, rate cards, and compliance requirements.
  • Background in IT services or consulting is a plus.
