Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Call and qualify inbound/outbound leads
  • Schedule and run product demos for salon business owners
  • Follow up with prospects, resolve objections, and close sales
  • Hit weekly demo and closure targets
  • Own sales targets and reporting for your pipeline
  • Develop and iterate on outreach scripts and objection handling
  • Share insights from customers and markets with the leadership team

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or SMB sales
  • Confident in handling end-to-end sales independently
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • You are metrics - and results-driven, with strong follow-through
  • Consultative SaaS sales background is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
