Role Description

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and target potential clients for offshore accounting services.

• Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
• Strong knowledge of Business practices, Account Management

  specifically for offshore accounting service providers.

• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial outsourcing services.
• Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus.

• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
