Role Description • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and target potential clients for offshore accounting services. • Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and presenting solutions. • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation. Strong knowledge of Business practices, Account Management specifically for offshore accounting service providers. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of accounting and financial outsourcing services. Experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus. • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
