As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, generating, and closing new business opportunities. You’ll work independently, network with potential clients, and contribute to the overall success of the company through your ability to drive revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

· Independently identify and prospect potential clients in the interior design industry and target new business opportunities in a fast-paced startup environment.

· Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and other business stakeholders.

· Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Project, Accounts, and Marketing) to optimize client engagement strategies.

· Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to drive company revenue growth.

· Visit clients on-site to assess their design needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

· Present and demonstrate interior design products and services to clients.

· Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.

· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service to maintain and expand client relationships.

· Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy

· Any other task as deemed fit by the management within the skills of Business Development.


Key Qualifications:

· Experience – Min. 1-3 years in field sales.

· Demonstrated success in generating and closing business deals, with documented results (sales achievements, targets met, revenue growth).

· Ability to network effectively and build meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and prospects.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a great personality – the ability to engage and build trust with people.

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· A motivated self-starter with a “get-things-done” mentality.

· Adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges and change.
