Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience: 1 Year (minimum)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, lead generation, and client engagement. A background in Computer Science or Engineering is a strong advantage, enabling better understanding of technical offerings and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and align them with company products/services.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to drive business growth.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos.
• Prepare proposals and assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Maintain CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date client information.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
