About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (B2B) with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth through new opportunities, and supporting end-to-end sales processes with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data & CRM Management

Maintain CRM with accurate notes and comments.

Update and manage internal databases using company templates.
Sales Meetings & Proposals

Conduct structured research on target clients prior to meetings.

Lead impactful client meetings to:

Understand the client’s events ecosystem.

Position our brand as the preferred partner.

Generate event requirements and opportunities.

Collaborate with the operations team to generate proposals and pre-event P&L.
Sales Conversion & Negotiation

Negotiate win-win deals with clients while ensuring profitability.

Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management

Draft professional emails to document client discussions.

Act as a bridge between clients and the operations team, ensuring seamless execution from contract to event completion.

Proactively identify client needs and recommend suitable products/services.

Maintain strong follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
Business Development & Lead Generation

Identify and qualify potential leads through research, cold calls, and networking.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.

Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities.
Requirements

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).

Experience: 1–3 years in Business Development / Sales / Marketing.

Key Skills: Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Management, Negotiation.

Technical Skills: Experience in using any Sales CRM for managing leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) are mandatory.

Strong go-getter attitude with consistency and persistence in follow-ups.

Ability to forecast, plan, and work in a target-driven environment.
