Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in international and domestic markets to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT and digital product sales, winning projects through freelancer platforms, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Develop Opportunities: Research potential clients in IT services and digital products across global (Europe, North America, Middle East) and Indian markets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships, understanding client needs and challenges. Sales Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets by closing deals and developing effective strategies. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify growth opportunities. Proposal Development: Prepare compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to align on client expectations and ensure successful project delivery. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide updates to senior management. Qualifications: 1-5 years of proven experience in business development and sales in IT services or digital product industries. Strong experience in EMEA, North America, or Indian markets. Demonstrated success in winning projects through freelancer platforms. Excellent negotiation and communication skills (written and verbal). Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a technical background or knowledge of IT solutions. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (B.Tech preferred); MBA is a plus.
