Job Title: Business Development Executive Online Lead Generation (Upwork Bidding)

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through

    Upwork

    and other freelance platforms.
  • Draft compelling

    bids and proposals

    for Digital Marketing services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content Marketing, Website Development, etc.).
  • Identify client requirements and customize proposals to increase conversion rates.
  • Manage the complete business development cycle—from lead identification to deal closure.
  • Maintain daily records of bids, follow-ups, conversations, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the operations/technical team to understand service offerings and ensure accurate proposal writing.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience

    in Online Bidding / Lead Generation.
  • Proven experience working on

    Upwork (mandatory)

    ; experience on Freelancer, Fiverr, or other platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience in bidding specifically for

    Digital Marketing projects

    .
  • Excellent command of English (written & verbal).
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services and client requirements.
  • Ability to draft professional proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
