Business Development Executive

We are a rapidly growing tech company delivering top-notch software solutions to international clients. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team and help us win more exciting projects through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.

What You'll Do:

• Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals. Identify quality leads and craft well-targeted proposals.
• Confidently engage with clients to understand their needs and present effective, customized solutions.
• Prepare compelling proposals that turn prospects into projects.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely communication and project updates.
• Work with the leadership team to brainstorm and implement new business strategies, improve lead generation, and explore upselling opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in bidding on Upwork/Freelancer and converting leads into clients.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability to understand client pain points and offer fitting solutions.
• A self-starter with a go-getter attitude who takes full ownership of tasks and goals.
• Ability to adapt and think creatively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
