As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Analyst to join our sales team and help us win more exciting projects through platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. What You'll Do: Bid on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals. Identify quality leads and craft well-targeted proposals. Confidently engage with clients to understand their needs and present effective, customized solutions. Prepare compelling proposals that turn prospects into projects. Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely communication and project updates. Work with the leadership team to brainstorm and implement new business strategies, improve lead generation, and explore upselling opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in bidding on Upwork/Freelancer and converting leads into clients. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English. Strong analytical and critical thinking ability to understand client pain points and offer fitting solutions. A self-starter with a go-getter attitude who takes full ownership of tasks and goals.
