Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. You should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones, demonstrating evidence of strong skills and possessing good negotiation abilities. Your responsibilities will include responding promptly to all sales inquiries, collaborating with technical and creative teams to prepare accurate proposals and project quotes, and building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering client feedback and relaying it to internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also need to regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team, as well as act as a consultant, guiding clients on post-production solutions to meet their goals. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales industry. You must have experience in the full sales cycle, including deal closing, and a track record of demonstrated sales success. Strong negotiation skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. A solid understanding of post-production workflow, including editing, sound design, color correction, and VFX, is required. Experience with CRM is preferred, and you should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.,
