Job Description

You will be responsible for: - Identifying and engaging with potential clients in the US IT staffing market - Promoting Vizvas staffing solutions based on specific client needs - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients - Collaborating with internal teams (Recruiters, Delivery Managers) to ensure service excellence - Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs - Accurately maintaining sales pipeline and communications through CRM systems You should meet the following requirements: - Must be comfortable working night shifts (US business hours) - Willingness to relocate to Delhi NCR for an on-site role - Demonstrate excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) - Open to fresh graduates; prior sales or recruitment experience is a plus - Possess strong interpersonal skills and confidence in client communication - Be self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented - Hold an MBA/BBA or relevant business degree (preferred) Vizva Consultancy, established in 2019, aims to connect talented individuals with great opportunities.
