Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role is based in Surat, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will also lead and mentor a sales team, provide market feedback to the company, and collaborate with other departments to ensure business objectives are met.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales strategy development and implementation, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Leadership skills for managing and mentoring a sales team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Analytical skills for providing market feedback and sales performance reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
