Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets.
Proactively connect with prospects to understand their business needs and position relevant solutions.
Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to opportunity conversion.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and strategic opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular reports on pipeline status and KPIs.
Participate in strategic discussions and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Willing to work or have experience in business development, IT sales, or SaaS sales, preferably in international markets.
Demonstrated success in lead generation, enterprise sales, and customer acquisition.
Exposure to technologies such as AI/ML, SAP, Salesforce, ERP solutions, and Cloud Services is a significant advantage.
Willing to work or Experience in contract staffing or time-and-materials resource deployment in overseas markets is a plus.
familiarity/ Proficiency in tools such as MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong self-starter attitude with the ability to hunt and close leads independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Foreign language skills are a bonus.
