Job Description

  1. Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop strategies for market penetration.
  2. Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and approach potential clients for housing loans and other financial products.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  3. Relationship Management:

    • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise.
  4. Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  5. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the companys housing loan products and services.
    • Educate clients about the features, benefits, and terms of the companys financial products.
  6. Sales Presentations and Meetings:

    • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Conduct meetings and negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.
  7. Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
    • Ensure all client documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Collaboration and Teamwork:

    • Work closely with other departments, such as underwriting, credit, and customer service, to ensure seamless processing of loan applications.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business development strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the NBFC or housing loan industry.
  • Strong understanding of housing loan products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing and online sales strategies.

Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
